Cynthia Le Sueur-Aquin
LAURION’s President & CEO, and largest shareholder
Ms. Le Sueur-Aquin has 40 years of mine management experience in the precious metal mining industry. She has been involved in global exploration and production operations including the development and project management of many mines, sand and slimes recovery sites, and gold recovery plants throughout the world. Her postings have provided her with direct exposure to cultural, political and regulatory issues in Indonesia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Canada, Mexico, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana and other North African States. She also has experience in project financing, mining property asset acquisitions and divestitures, corporate legal work and negotiations, company administration and investor relations. Ms. Le Sueur-Aquin worked for Randgold and Exploration Corporation Limited, Rand Leases (V) Gold Mining Corporation Limited and Gold Fields Limited. She was also Senior Vice-President, Exploration and Mining Projects for Antares Mining and Exploration Corp.
LAURION’s Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nagamatsu is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience who serves as Chief Financial Officer and director of public and private companies primarily in the mineral exploration and investment management sectors.
His experience is in financial, accounting and management services, stock exchange listing applications, reverse takeovers, equity financings, prospectuses, governance, compliance, strategic business plans, acquisitions, turnarounds, restructurings, and operating companies in receivership.
Mr. Nagamatsu also serves a s CFO to Cartier Iron Corporation, Eloro Resources Ltd., Artemis Natural Resource Corporation Essex Oil Ltd., United Hunter Oil & Gas Corp., and Forsys Metals Corp.

Mr. Burkes is a CPA, CA, IFA, held the role of LAURION’s Chief Financial Officer between 2004 and 2012. Mr. Burkes is a practicing Chartered Accountant and Investigative Forensic Accountant with over 40 years of public accounting experience. Mr. Burkes has provided financial advisory services to various corporate Boards of Directors with respect to budgeting, financing and corporate governance. Included amongst Mr. Burkes’ assignments, has been the investigation into the fraudulent practices of a gold mine’s purchasing agent and a review of the records of gold mines leading to significant changes in operating procedures and in corporate management. Mr. Burkes has also provided forensic accounting services in the areas of shareholder disputes, qualification of damages due to product liability, breach of contract and personal injury.
Michael Burmi is an entrepreneur with 25 years’ experience building and managing high-end technology manufacturing organizations, coupled with extensive expertise in running a high-revenue, high-growth engineering/manufacturing business. Over the course of his career, he has worked with several global organizations leading to acquisitions and mergers, allowing these companies to redefine business strategies to capture market share.
He currently holds a position as Senior Executive Vice President and Co-Owner of a Canadian technology base company and is responsible for growth and market expansion strategies to capitalize increase market share, expanding the company’s global footprint into the United States by 20% growth in the defense and aerospace sector.
Johnathan Covello has been the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Covello Financial Group Inc. since March 2012. He is also affiliated with Tipi Financial for First Nations Pensions and benefits as well as the Director of Canadian Business Development for Metals House Inc. for procurement of precious metals. Mr. Covello has experience in raising strategic capital in many industries, including the mining industry, using global connections. He works closely with corporations and individuals to maximize tax efficiencies, profitability, and protect their wealth. His business experience over 25 years has provided him with a large network of relationships spanning multiple sectors. Mr. Covello is well versed in niche project financing, corporate legal work and negotiations, company administration and investor relations.

Dr. Neil D.S. Westoll
Dr. Neil Westoll brings more than 45 years of diverse international experience in resource exploration and business development, having worked with some of the world’s largest mining companies in key management roles, such as Mining Practice Leader and later on as an independent consultant. He has initiated, developed and negotiated agreements with landowners and governments worldwide. He is a previous Chairman of the Toronto Branch of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and a former member of the board of PDAC.

Mr. Lafleur is a Professional Geologist. Mr. Lafleur graduated with a B. Sc. and M. Sc. in Geology from the University of Ottawa having accumulated 30+ years of experience in various capacities, both in Canada and internationally having served as Vice President of Exploration of Guinea Iron Ore Limited, McWatters Mining Inc., Beartooth Platinum Corp., Aurvista Gold Corporation (alternatively Maple Gold Mines Ltd.), Crowflight Minerals Inc., and Pershimco Resources Inc. Mr. Lafleur served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Aurvista Gold Corporation, Fancamp Exploration Limited, Canickel Mining, and of Lamêlée Iron Ore Ltd. Mr. Lafleur served as the Technical Advisor of Corporate Development of Niogold Mining Corp., Iconic Minerals Ltd. (Bonaventure Enterprises Inc.), Orex Exploration Inc., and Pershimco Resources Inc. Mr. Lafleur is a Qualified Person on several uranium plays, including the North Shore Property for Uracan Resources, and the Uskawanis Property for Uranium Bay Resources. Mr. Lafleur served as consultant, leading teams in the search for gold, base metals, nickel and uranium to a number of junior exploration companies, including Eloro Resources Ltd., Crowflight Minerals Inc., Beartooth Platinum Corporation, Northfield Metals Inc., Typhoon Exploration Inc., NioGold Mining Corp., UFM Ventures, International Kirkland Minerals Inc., Forbes Manhattan, American Bonanza Gold Corp. and Orex Exploration Inc. Mr. Lafleur served as the Chairman of Fancamp Exploration Ltd and Niogold Mining Corp., Orex Exploration Inc. Mr. Lafleur has held numerous Board seats the likes of Fancamp Exploration Ltd., Champion Natural Health.Com. E. Terry Jensen
Mr. Jensen is a senior level geologist, hydro-geologist and project manager with more than 35 years of both private and government experience, encompassing technical, project management and senior management level consulting.
Dr. William Pearson
Dr. Pearson is an economic geologist with over 45 years’ experience in the national and international mining industry. He has held senior executive positions with junior and intermediate mining companies active in exploration, mine development and production, with experience in all phases of mining. Dr. Pearson is a present and past director of several publicly traded mining companies. He is also the founding President of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) and a past director of Geoscience Canada.
Scott Biloski is a Civil Engineering Technologist and President and Co-Owner of Biloski Brothers Sand and Gravel Ltd., which has been in business for 71 years serving Northwestern Ontario. Mr. Biloski is a third generation owner of this family business, with over 25 years of experience in the Aggregate and Construction Industry.
